TOQUE FESTIVAL
Toque Festival is a unique Kizomba Festival held in the beautiful city of Toronto and surroundings. The vision is to promote the original roots of Kizomba within Canada and abroad through music, dance and more. The event features dance classes from international and local instructors, complemented by daytime socials, night parties and yearly surprises.
The Toque Festival team is composed of focused, driven and passionate individuals initially based out of Toronto, we've now expanded our borders spreading Kizomba around the globe. We strive to enhance the Toronto and Canada Kizomba community by providing the highest quality event where attendees have the opportunity to learn from the renowned instructors and experience fantastic parties with the best DJs from around the Globe.
Toque Festival is striving to demonstrate that kizomba is not just a dance but a way of life.
Our continued focus is to further expand this way of life by bringing all corners of the world together under the same roof for one weekend to celebrate a common passion, while showcasing the wonders that our beautiful Toronto has to offer.

This weekend at TOQUE Toronto Kizomba Festival was simply awesome! The dancers, the instructors, the DJs... everything. Straight 🔥 Big shout out to Galo Super, Hélène L'onyx and team for putting together this event.
It was great seeing a lot of familiar faces and meeting some new people too. U.S. represented! The music and the dances... mannnnnnnnn. Definitely looking forward to next year.

I have a confession to make... I was touched at toque 😱
Buuuuut in a good and glorious way.
1st , the one and only ivan alekxei's voice and energy brought angel whispers to my ear and soul for my mind was astonished beyond what my universe can comprehend... (Obrigado Galo Super 🐓)
2nd.. I never imagined that the word comfort in the dictionary was created when Zilda Vicente made heaven and Earth come together in such harmony, that it had my life flushing in front of me.
3rd this event has moved so many mountains to get here, for the crew behind the curtain ( I'm on my knees in thanks and I hope that you continue to put the magic back in Toronto)
Just remember that the music was on point, the DJs are what make or break a party.
